We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your camping equipment to you:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our tents, awnings, and camping accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for tents and awnings)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Inner tents and annexes (unless defective)
- Awning carpets and flooring (unless defective)
All tent packages must be returned complete with all components.
How to Return an Item

- Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions)
- Package your return securely using original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for valuable camping equipment.
Refund Processing

- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or model? Follow these steps:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you want an exchange in your email
- Specify the replacement product
For exchanges where the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
