Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for tents and awnings)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on inner tents, annexes, and awning carpets/flooring unless they are defective. All tent packages must be returned complete with all components.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely using the original packaging when possible
  5. Ship your return to our warehouse (we’ll provide the address)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for valuable camping equipment.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or model of tent or awning:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Specify the replacement product you’d like
  4. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

For exchanges where the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
