Our range includes air tents, traditional pole tents, and specialist options like awning-compatible models. Do you sell complete camping packages?

Yes! Look for our “All Tent Packages” section which bundles tents with essential accessories. We also offer awning packages that include groundsheets, carpets, and accessories for a complete outdoor living setup.

What’s the difference between air tents and traditional tents?

Air tents use inflatable beams instead of traditional poles, offering quicker setup and often more living space. They’re ideal for family camping trips where convenience matters. Our air tents come with repair kits and are made from durable materials to withstand outdoor conditions.

What are my delivery options?

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch with basic tracking.

How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (may extend to 3 days during peak season May-August). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

When should I order for my camping trip?

For peace of mind, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your trip. This allows for processing time and potential customs delays. For last-minute needs, choose our Standard Shipping option.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Do your tents come with setup instructions?

Yes! All tents include detailed setup guides. Many of our air tents also feature color-coded valves and beams for easier assembly. We recommend practicing setup at home before your trip.
