Our Promise: We process all orders within 1-2 business days, and offer two shipping options to suit your needs – whether you’re preparing for a last-minute weekend getaway or planning ahead for your summer expedition.

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

For campers who need their gear quickly, our standard shipping option delivers via trusted carriers DHL or FedEx.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Full tracking included
  • Best For: When you need your air tent, awning or camping package sooner

2. Free Shipping (Orders Over £50)

For those planning ahead, we offer free shipping via EMS on all orders over £50 – perfect when you’re stocking up on family-sized tents or complete camping packages.

  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Basic tracking available
  • Best For: Larger orders of 3-4 man tents or above, awning packages, or when combining multiple items

Delivery Areas

We ship globally to most locations, bringing our premium camping solutions to adventurers worldwide. Please note we’re currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and certain remote regions – if you have any questions about delivery to your location, our customer service team is always happy to help.

After Your Order

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  2. Our team begins processing your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
  3. When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to your email
  4. Your premium camping gear will be on its way to your next adventure!

Camping Tip: If you’re ordering a new air tent or awning for an upcoming trip, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your departure date to allow for processing and delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your camping equipment. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country. During peak camping season (May-August), processing times may extend to 3 business days.
